Global Undergraduate Exchange Program in Eurasia and Central Asia (Global UGRAD) Fellowship Application
Application Information
Applications are currently available for the 2012-2013 cycle of the Global Undergraduate Exchange Program in Eurasia & Central Asia (Global UGRAD). Paper applications, including all supporting documents, are due to the IREX office in your country of citizenship by 5 p.m. Thursday, December 22, 2011. Online applications may be submitted until 11:59 AM EST on Thursday, December 22, 2011.
Online Application:
Applicants are encouraged to complete the application online. Please read the instructions and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) carefully prior to beginning the application.

IMPORTANT NOTE: IREX strongly recommends that you submit your online application prior to December 22, 2011. The high volume of application submissions that day may slow the online system. This can create challenges for those submitting applications in areas with low bandwidth.
Paper Application:
Applicants who cannot complete the application online may download and complete a paper application (two parts). Three (3) complete copies of all application materials must be received by an IREX office in your country of citizenship in one package by 5 p.m. local time on Thursday, December 22, 2011.

Personal Data Privacy Form: In accordance with local law, applicants from Russia and Ukraine are required to submit a personal data privacy form. All applicants from Russia and Ukraine, regardless of whether they choose to submit an online or paper application, are required to drop off or mail an original, signed version of the personal data privacy form to the IREX office in their home country.
