Voters throughout Kyrgyzstan Unite to Discuss Parliamentary Elections
On March 11, eight IATP access sites in Kant, Naryn, Karakol,
Kerben, Isfana, Talas, Balykchy, and Bishkek hosted an online discussion
on the Kyrgyzstani parliamentary elections for 23 participants, including
representatives from local media and non-governmental organizations (NGOs),
as well as college students. More

IATP Hosts Web Chat with Georgian Minister of Education and Science
On March 12, IATP hosted a chat session with Georgian Minister
of Education and Science Kakha Lomaia to discuss new reforms in the national
education system. Georgian authorities insist that the proposed reforms
will stop corruption in schools and higher institutions, while many students
and professors see it as an attack on the universities' autonomy. More

IATP Partners with Ministry of Education in Conducting Training
of Trainers Courses for Educators throughout Moldova
On March 14-16, IATP access sites in Cahul, Chisinau, and Ungheni,
Moldova, hosted 27 high school teachers from 18 districts for an intensive
17-hour course on implementing information and communication technologies
in secondary education. More
