As a project manager for the Second Chance Program, Wissal Nada Sengouga has experience empowering local communities through capacity-building workshops, digital educational tools development, and one-on-one coaching. For her CSP Practicum, Wissal was placed at RepresentWomen in Silver Spring, Maryland where she helped expand candidate-track research investigating the scope and impact of women's training groups in the United States. For her follow-on project in Algeria, Wissal plans to initiate a project to equip youth, and especially women, with the tools necessary to develop local capacity-building programs.
