About IFS IFS 2025 Research Partners Contact Us

The 2025 Impact Fellowships Summit (IFS) is centered on Navigating New Horizons. Under this theme, we will explore challenges and strategies for resilient, effective, and data-driven programming.
Event Overview
The Impact Fellowships Summit (IFS) is April 22-24, 2025! The first day, April 22nd, is dedicated to virtual engagement, and April 23-24th are in-person convenings at 1350 I St NW #1100, Washington, DC 20005.
Join us as fellowship participants, administrators, donors, and partners connect over similarities and unique experiences in the work of influencing change. This summit will be valuable as we invite attendees to build new partnerships with other fellowship programs, generate ideas, and exchange tools and practices to push the sector forward.
This year's Impact Fellowships Summit will focus on "Navigating New Horizons in the Fellowships Space," providing an opportunity for the fellowships community to engage with new challenges and opportunities in fellowships, centering belonging and impact measurement. There are three tracks under this theme that will guide our collective engagement and learning:
- Resilient Program Strategies: Sustaining Impact Through Dynamic Funding Landscapes (United States Government, philanthropy, private sector, etc.)
- Fellowship Operations Excellence: Strategies & Systems for Responsive & High-Performance Program Management
- Data-Driven Storytelling: Converting Fellowship Metrics into Meaningful Narratives for Impact
Emerging approaches to innovation and design within traditional and non-traditional knowledge systems will be integrated into each of these tracks.
This year’s IFS presents a special opportunity to reflect on current challenges facing the impact fellowships sector and approaches to fostering community, capacity-building, and social impact. By exchanging research, resources, and expertise, IFS 2025 aims to celebrate the accomplishments of attendees and advance the work of a growing community of social impact practitioners.
