Gloria Charles Ladislaus is the Principal Administrative Officer of the Planning and Resource Mobilization Office in the College of Engineering and Technology at the University of Dar es Salaam. She coordinates planning and resource mobilization activities, oversees preparation of reports, serves as a member of the College Management Committee and the Planning and Resource Mobilization Committee, and prepares and reviews operational policies and procedures for the university. Gloria holds a MBA and a BA in Economics from the University of Dar es Salaam. During her UASP fellowship, Gloria will focus on strategic planning in order to increase the number of female students undertaking engineering and science programs at the University of Dar es Salaam.
