Deus is an Institutional Development and Human Resource Manager with over thirteen years of experience. His primary expertise is in developing and managing personnel systems, human resource planning, training, development, performance and reward management. He has additional experience in institutional planning, development of training manuals, human resource and administrative policies, systems, plans and procedures. Deus holds a MSc in Human Resource Management and a BA in Social Work and Social Administration from Makerere University. He also holds two Post Graduate Diplomas in Project Planning and Management and Human Resource Management from Uganda Management Institute. During his UASP fellowship, Deus will research human resources management with a special focus on performance management.
