Johann Yaw Sekyi-Baidoo is an Associate Professor in the Department of English Education and the Dean of Faculty of Languages Education at the University of Education-Winneba. Johann holds a M.Phil in English from the University of Ghana, Legon, as well as a M.Phil in African Literature. During his UASP fellowship, Johann will be researching management practices in university governance, paying special attention to the governance of multi-campus or collegiate systems.
