Bonventure Chengeck Chemaket has more than six years of work experience at regional and national levels providing research and service for both the public and private sector. Through the Community Solutions Program, Chemaket hopes to learn more about tolerance and conflict resolution, discrimination, fair treatment of minority groups, and monitoring and evaluation of programs while also building his skills in negotiation and using technology in reporting and programming.

Upon returning to Kenya, Bonventure intends to help his organization design and implement a project that will counter violent extremism while strengthening community resilience against conflict and violent extremism and enhancing the institutional functionality and technical capacity of targeted Civil Society Organizations.
