As program coordinator for Girls Network Initiative, Naomi Lungu has nine years of community work experience and mediates matters of conflict relating to gender-based violence. She also coordinates community workshops and seminars and interprets the law to the Network clientele. During her fellowship in the U.S., Lungu hopes to learn about peace, conflict, and resolution, specifically among women and girls, while also developing her skills in project management.

Upon returning from the Community Solutions Program, Lungu plans to create community awareness and strategic response to gender-based violence through implementing community workshops and seminars.
