As the Director of Community Solutions Zimbabwe, Tobias Saratiel provides overall strategic leadership, programmatic guidance, and builds mission attaining initiatives. While in the U.S., Saratiel worked with Citizens Union Foundation in New York, where he assisted with drafting  policy reports, positions statements, ethics reforms, and internal briefing documents; researched; and developed campaign plans on supporting the constitutional and democratic convention in New York State towards promoting transparency and accountability. Since his return to Zimbabwe, Saratiel has focused his efforts on an ongoing Constitutional Awareness Project that seeks to promote citizen participation in local governance processes through civic education on constitutional rights.
