As the Development Effectiveness and Learning Manager, Thuy Ngoc Luu manages the organization’s program design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting to account for and explain achievements in poverty reduction, rights realization, and fulfillment of children’s potential. As a Community Solutions Program Fellow, Thuy hopes to expand her knowledge in development work, foster transferable skills, sharpen tools in project management, broaden her hands-on experience, and learn practical lessons in community development.

Upon completion of the program, Thuy plans to be an agent of change to build capacity for and drive the positive transition of local communities, especially ethnic women, by improving their economic status, increasing their voice in decision-making, and enhancing their agency in the community.
