Selenia Rodriguez Vargas has nine years of experience on different community development projects, including education, youth empowerment, entrepreneurship, environment initiatives, and cultural heritage. As a Community Solutions Program Fellow, Selenia intends to learn about project management for minorities to improve their education access and life conditions through leadership skills, entrepreneurship, and empowerment, as well as about management business strategies to help entrepreneurs develop and grow their business successfully.

Upon returning to Costa Rica, she hopes to work with minorities and entrepreneurs on management business strategies as well as practical skills to earn a new living to foster economic growth, social change makers, and access to education for everyone.
