Ketevan Gigashvili-Gotsiridze is the Head of the Scientific-Research Department at Telavi State University in Telavi, Georgia. Her role involves writing and submitting project applications to scientific foundations; providing consultations to academic staff on writing research projects or different means of research; and organizing local and international scientific symposiums and conferences. Ketevan holds a Ph.D. in Philological Sciences from Tbilisi State University in Georgia, and a M.A. in Philology from Telavi State University. During her UASP fellowship, Ketevan will be studying research management as it relates to human resources, financial management, and research facilities.
