Tatyana Hovhannisyan is the Head of the International Journalism/Scientific-Educational Center at Yerevan State Linguistic University in Yerevan, Armenia. Her role involves conducting research on new developments in the field, education management, and labor market needs, and developing and implementing on the Center’s strategic plan. Tatyana holds a M.A. in Journalism from Moscow State University in Russia, and a B.A. in Journalism from Yerevan State University in Armenia. During her UASP fellowship, Tatyana will be researching academic department management as it relates to best practices and the implementation of projects and strategic plans.
