Mughira Al-Ahmad
Mughira Al-Ahmad has 15 years of experience in financial management and compliance for international development programs. He has successfully managed more than $30 million in project funds.
He currently serves as the Director of Finance and Operations for the USAID-funded Partnerships with Youth program in the West Bank, which is a five-year, $16 million project designed to increase access to educational and leadership opportunities for youth.
Prior to this position, he served as the finance manager for a $17 million, six-year USAID-funded project called Ruwwad, which also focused on empowering Palestinian youth, and was implemented by the Education Development Center, Inc. He also held the position of accountant on a $14 million, World Bank–funded solid waste and environmental management program.
Mughira holds a bachelor in business administration with a major in accounting from An-Najah National University in Nablus, West Bank. He is fluent in English and Arabic.
