As an advisor at the German Development Cooperation, Len Ang monitors NGO development projects and assesses ways to improve their impact. Len’s specialization is in monitoring and evaluation, research, and program development to eliminate violence against women and children. During his fellowship in the United States, he hopes to learn how to promote collaboration of state and non-state actors to prosecute gender-based violence cases and how to curtail corruption in the Cambodian court system. After returning from the Community Solutions Program, Ang will conduct an assessment of the community dialogue methodology currently used in his projects in order to improve the quality of public legal service for survivors of gender-based violence.
