As a junior researcher and program assistant in the NGO sector since 2007, Ei Ei Lin works with women and youth organizations through community service activities, volunteering, internships and participatory research projects. During the fellowship in the United States, Lin hopes to learn about women’s empowerment programs, specifically for young women, while also developing her skills in leadership training facilitation and organization management. Upon returning from the Community Solution Program, Lin plans to empower young Burmese women through knowledge transferring workshops designed to equip women with interpersonal , employability, and financial literacy skills.
