As the Executive Director of Comite Orientador 25 (CO25), Eugenia Urania Da Costa Correia is responsible for developing institutional strategy plans, annual budgets, and strengthens relationships with stakeholders and partners. While in the U.S., Da Costa Correia worked with YWCA Alaska in Anchorage, where she worked on organizing events for the organization, conducted field visits to the beneficiaries, participated in regular meetings, and accompanied the team to provide training to partners. Since her return to Timor-Leste, Da Costa Correia has focused her efforts on consultancy work on Civil Society Organization Sustainability Index (CSOSI). Through her work, she has helped CSOs and other agencies understand the CSOs development in Timor-Leste. She also works as a qualitative researcher to compile final evaluations for a USAID project called Avansa Agrikultura, a project focusing on agriculture in five municipalities in Timor-Leste.
