As a professor, Md. Monirul Islam, helps students gain knowledge in environmental conservation and sustainability, business related courses and motivates them to get involve extracurricular activities around environmental protection. During his fellowship in the United States, he hopes to learn about environmental education, especially in waste management and pollution control, and how environmental conservation movement are taking place in the US and other part of the world, while also developing his sills in community project development, implementation, and monitoring. Upon returning from the Community Solution Program, Islam plans to develop sustainable business curriculum and distribute it among the business schools, as well as motivate students to get involved in environmental protection related activities.
