Alda Isallari is an Assistant Coordinator with the NGO, Une Gruaja, where she works on anti-domestic violence projects and organizes leadership and democracy meetings and trainings for women in the region. While in the U.S., Isallari worked at the Greenlining Institute in Berkeley, California, where she participated in different trainings related to leadership and conducted research on approaches to leadership development for youth and women. Upon returning from the Community Solutions Program, Isallari focused her work on organizing a youth development program aimed at providing young Albanians the necessary skills and experience to become leaders in their communities.
