As the Executive Director of Knowledge Association, Ralitsa Popova manages projects implemented in the Lovech region, serves as an expert and trainer of the Embracing Diversity program of Step by Step Association, and leads sessions of the Element of Play Program of WWO in Roma community kindergartens. While in the U.S., Popova worked with League of Women Voters of California in Sacramento, where she coordinated the Easy Voter Guide project. Since her return to Bulgaria, Popova is involved in the Social-Economic Integration in Lukovit project aimed at improving the social inclusion of children and young Roma people and serves as the project manager of  the Code: Active Youth project for young people from small settlements in the Lovech region.
