As the Executive Director of Native Voices International, Sarah Kizza Nsigaye creates program ideas for intervention, oversees staff activities, and provides guidance in the pursuit of the organization’s vision. While in the U.S., Nsigaye worked with Media Literacy Project in Albuquerque, NM, where she developed a documentary on the organization's twenty year journey and developed articles on some of the organization's interventions. Since her return to Uganda, Nsigaye has focused her efforts on Native Labs, an initiative which seeks to introduce multimedia and storytelling skills in rural, marginalized communities to combat unemployment.
