In her work with the Civil Society Development Foundation, Diana Berceanu helps to increase the capacity of NGOs in Romania and address issues related to organizational transparency and accountability. As a Community Solutions Program Fellow, Berceanu worked for United Way Worldwide in Alexandria, Virginia, supporting the organization’s public policy and lobbying efforts. Upon returning to Romania, Berceanu designed and conducted a series of trainings aimed at increasing the capacity of civil society organizations to lobby their local government representatives.
