Radu Oprea is the Founder of SMART Methods of Public Policy, an organization engaging citizens in providing valuable, sustainable, and feasible solutions to problems of public concern in Romania. During his CSP fellowship, Oprea worked with Common Cause Georgia in Atlanta, helping the organization to spearhead ethics in government projects. Upon returning to Romania, Oprea worked to create a publication for youth called "Coffee Tips" which is distributed at local cafes and provides youth with tips on professional development opportunities, funding for start-up projects, and staying engaged as active citizens.
