As a Trainer and Expert for SALTO Youth EuroMed, Amr develops and delivers educational strategies and activities in the field of youth work and transnational volunteering at the regional level, while also promoting intercultural learning and transnational cooperation. Amr is an expert in adult education and youth work and has developed skills in instructional design, youth coaching and proposal writing. During his fellowship in the United States, Amr hopes to learn about youth empowerment, youth mobility programs and adult education while also developing his skills in community leadership strategies, adult education, and integration of non-formal and formal learning. Upon returning to Egypt, Amr plans to increase participation of young people in Egyptian communities by establishing a social enterprise focused on youth empowerment.
