Muhammad Riduan Bin Samad
As a Volunteer Management Executive for the Singapore Anti-Narcotics Association, Muhammad recruits, develops, and manages volunteers to support the organization’s initiatives. He also collaborates with various community partners on joint projects. Muhammad is an expert in promoting tolerance and understanding and has developed skills in process facilitation, community engagement, and project management. During his fellowship in the United States, Muhammad hopes to learn about tolerance and related issues in the U.S., while also developing his skills in grant writing, intercultural communication, and needs assessment. Upon returning from the Community Solutions Program, Muhammad plans to adopt new approaches such as social entrepreneurship to promote tolerance and understanding within Singapore and the region of South East Asia.
