As a Co-founder of the Centre for Public History, Ruzica works on a research projects that contribute to the social and historical understanding of the recent past using digital media tools for presentation of historical data to the public. Ruzica is an expert in the human rights field and has developed skills in a project management and a non-formal education. During her fellowship in the United States, Ruzica hopes to learn about new approaches to human rights protection and free environments, while also developing skills in conflict prevention, civic engagement and problem solving. Upon returning from the Community Solutions Program, Ruzica plans to continue her work on topics related to promoting human rights and she also aims to improve the position of vulnerable groups in her community through joint projects with existing partner NGO’s.
