As a Menstruation Hygiene Management Training Manager for Eco-pads Uganda Limited, Victoria empowers youth to take responsibility for their behavior and health through trainings and community activities. Victoria is an expert in safe motherhood advocacy specializing in adolescent behavior for both in- and out-of-school adolescents and has developed skills in counseling, research, and training. During her fellowship in the United States, Victoria hopes to learn about resource mobilization for projects aimed at young girls, while also developing her skills in behavior change communication and her knowledge of strategies to encourage girls to pursue their dreams. Upon returning from the Community Solutions Program, Victoria plans to improve awareness of teenage pregnancy and early marriage among beneficiaries to create a safe environment and future for girls in Uganda.
