Alejandro Piscitelli, Argentina, has been recently appointed director of The Future Lab, a unit of Conectar Igualdad, the government national agency providing laptops to all secondary students in the country. He is also co‐editor of the electronic journal Interlink Headline News (ilhn.com), one of the first e‐journals in the country, and a consultant on digital communication and the internet. He has been CEO of the National Educational Portal of Argentina (Educ.ar), President of the National Association of Distance Education and Educational Technology of Argentina (EDUTIC) and Content Director of Competir.com. He is also a professor of Data Processing, Informatics and Telematics at the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Buenos Aires.
