Israel Yorba, Côte d'Ivoire, is one of the most active bloggers in his country and winner of multiple "Best Blog" awards. He had an important role bringing forward the voices of citizens in remote areas during the 2010 presidential election and the crisis period that followed. He is also a trainer for young journalists and bloggers and head of the project Ouestafrikablog.net, which seeks to help community radio journalists in West Africa show the realities of their communities to the world via the internet.
