Patmillia Doe‐Jlah, Liberia, has built her career around bringing the voices of underserved communities into the media, with a focus on women. She currently oversees support to community radios at the USAID‐supported Civil Society and Media Leadership Program. Her focus is on expanding the reach of stations to give more rural Liberians access to information and enriching the content of community radio. Previously, she was the guiding force at the Media Women Center for Development and Democracy.
