Megan Armstrong is a senior program officer on the Global Undergraduate Exchange Program in Pakistan (Global UGRAD-Pakistan). In this role, she contributes to all aspects of the program, including administrative and logistical support, participant management, and project monitoring and evaluation.

Prior to joining IREX, Megan completed two full AmeriCorps terms, where she supported language and literacy development at underserved preschools in the Washington, DC area, and worked with a range of nonprofit organizations, where her work ranged from building university to federal career pipelines to consumer financial protection activities.

Megan graduated summa cum laude from American University with a bachelor of arts in international studies, focusing on global development, and economics. She also holds a minor in Chinese language (Mandarin) and studied abroad at Peking University in Beijing, China.
