Ariana Reyes Chanto
As the General Manager of Happier.Better.Faster.Stronger, Ari Reyes Chanto promotes women's development in leadership, technology, and the gaming world; advocates for women exercising leadership from a place of wellness; and provides tools for empowerment, authenticity, and self-care. While in the U.S., Reyes Chanto worked with Partnership Against Domestic Violence in Atlanta, Georgia, where she provided support to the organization's prevention and outreach effort by facilitating and organizing community outreach events and initiatives in teen dating violence, domestic violence in the workplace, and Latinx outreach. Since her return to Costa Rica, Reyes Chanto has focused her efforts on HBFS, a project that focuses on developing tools for self-care, self management, and building resilience and Geek Gamer Girls, a project that aims to create local gaming communities that focus on inclusiveness and collaboration as well as building technical and soft skills for women and girls through technology and games.
