As the founder and project manager for eSTEM MOROCCO, Ayoub Rahmouni has experience promoting STEM careers among girls by matching them with international opportunities in STEM, and organizing and implementing STEM educational programs in his community. Upon returning to Morocco, Ayoub plans to scale a well-designed technological entrepreneurship program for girls to reach more schools in different cities. Rahmouni will be placed at AeroStar Avion Institute in Chicago, Illinois, observing the AeroStars Aviation Exploration Program, a program which provides aviation and aerospace education and training to minorities and girls from underserved communities in the City of Chicago IL, USA, as well as identify best practices in data collection, database management, program impact and participant recruitment and retention.
