As the Director of Aid 4 Inclusion, Camila Ribadeneira networks with partners, donors, funders, and government; coordinates projects and budgeting; and collects information on community needs. While in the U.S., Ribadeneira worked with Welcoming Atlanta in Atlanta, where she supported victims of violence, human trafficking,  and mental illness and served as a Spanish-English interpreter in court rooms. Since her return to Ecuador, Ribadeneira has extended access to information about COVID-19 updates with the deaf community, supported the deaf community with information in sign language format, and is spreading awareness about responsible use of technology for children.
