As a Resource Development and Government Relations Associate for Educating for Excellence (E4E), Dikla Lavertovsky has experience working towards strengthening Israeli society and reducing social gaps by creating equal education opportunities for children and youth. Upon returning to Israel, Dikla plans to work for the creation of a dialogue in the Israeli heterogeneous society and promote social cohesion. Dikla will be placed in River Phoenix Center for Peacebuilding in Gainsville, Florida receive training in the comprehensive community peacebuilding model, as well as delivering the model through the organization’s programs and events.
