As a volunteer and trainer for the Youth Union Organization (Yoshlar Ittifoqi), Gulnoza Yusupova has experience involving younger generations in various educational, cultural and leadership projects to develop their leadership and interpersonal skills. Upon returning to Uzbekistan, Gulnoza plans to involve more youth in her organization’s work that encourage them occupy their worthy place in society. Gulnoza will be placed in GUIDE, Inc. in Lawrenceville, Georgia working in youth development through Georgia afterschool and youth development programs and initiatives.
