As the Business Development Coordinator of Community Skills Development Centre, Katrina Amupolo leads operations of the business development support centre, offers business training and mentorship programs, and leads marketing and stakeholder engagement. While in the U.S., Amupolo worked with Girls Inc. of Long Island in Deer Park, NY where she coordinated support of the after school program for girls, assisted with curriculum development, and assisted with training new facilitators. Since her return to Namibia, Amupolo is currently working on the Her Dream Program, a women’s empowerment program that hosts motivational events and personal development training  courses for unemployed young Namibian women between the ages of 18 and 28.
