As a Project Engineer for Sirdarya Thermal Power Plant and Shirin town community, Khusniddin Alikulov has experience developing energy efficient, environmental and socially conscious energy projects. Upon returning to Uzbekistan, Khusniddin plans to manage household wastes in Shirin town for recycling purposes. Khusniddin will be placed in The Lands Council in Spokane, Washington supporting them in a project to bring solar panels to businesses and low-icome housing in underserved communities.
