As the Founder of KOMUNITI LLP training center and social enterprise, Meirzhan Kurmanov has experience developing and fulfilling social projects, and facilitating emotional intelligence and soft skills development courses for children. Upon returning to Kazakhstan, Meirzhan plans to create a community center for children providing workshops, courses and trainings on peace education. Meirzhan will be placed at Little Friends for Peace in Washington, District of Columbia working to counter violence and contribute to a worldwide culture of peace through immersing in the peace building model, participate in training as well as engaging in various programs.
