As a Project Manager for Enable, Mihai Avram has experience in community building, youth engagement, and transparency and accountability. Upon returning to Moldova, Mihai plans to focus on strengthening and improving government-to-citizen interaction with the help of new technologies. Mihai will be placed in The GovLab in Brooklyn, New York working the Crowdlaw and CityChallenges projects to understand how cities can use technology to engage the public and test whether such engagement results in the creation of policies that are legitimate and effective.
