As a Project Manager of Belgrade Open School (BOS), Milica Skilijevic manages a USAID Local Works project on strategic advocacy approaches in Serbia and facilitates technical and mentor support to civil society organizations. While in the U.S., Skilijevic worked with Youth Service America (YSA) in Washington D.C., where she focused her efforts on outreach activities with potential grantees for the Disney Young Volunteer Engagement Grant Program. Since her return to Serbia, Skilijevic has focused her efforts on the Civil Society Advocates: Through Partnership Towards Democratic Development project, addressing the lack of CSO capacities for successful advocacy efforts.
