As the Diversity Program Manager of Google, Atikah Amalina  Zaini leads social impact initiatives that center education, diversity and inclusion, and mental health. While in the U.S.,  Zaini worked with Paid Leave U.S. in San Francisco, where she set up a project to run a study on paid leave across the top 100 employers in the U.S., including data collection and tracking, communications outreach, and analysis. Since her return to Singapore, Zaini has built a diverse Google workforce through training and capacity building of people and operations within Google APAC, to impact products and give back to the communities they operate in.
