As a Program Manager for Ewha Social Services, Sreyneang Pheng has experience empowering the human rights and agency of vulnerable families in local communities, especially women and children, and improving their quality of life through income generating programs and capacity building education.Upon returning to Cambodia, Sreyneang will work to improve the self-confidence, leadership skills, and personal development of teenage girls from marginalized areas through a Girls’ Club Program. Pheng Sreyneang will be placed with Girls on the Run in Houston, Texas supporting programs promoting female leadership for young girls.
