Edwin Mashayo is the Head of Administration and Human Resources Management for the College of Engineering and Technology at the University of Dar es Salaam in Tanzania. In addition to managing HR for the College, which has a staff of over 320 people, Edwin assists in administrative issues, prepares staff, board and management meetings and events such as conferences and alumni reunions. Edwin is pursuing a Ph.D. in Human Capital Development and completed an MA in Development Studies in 2011. He serves on multiple boards and committees. Edwin intends to develop a more effective and efficient HR system and plans to develop trainings on HR and university administration.
