Aliaksandr Kalbaska holds a doctorate in History from the Belarusian National Academy of Science. He is currently the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs at the European Humanities University in Lithuania. In addition to coordinating the university’s strategic academic planning and curriculum development, Aliaksandr also leads the implementation of distance education programs through instructional technology. Prior to his current role, Aliaksandr served as the Dean for the Arts and Culture Heritage Faculty. Aliaksandr used his experience in the United States to expand the International Relations office and international programs at his university.
