Robert Sukiasyan holds a doctorate in Medical Science from the National Institute of Health of the Republic of Armenia. He is currently the Head of the Division on Higher and Postgraduate Education at the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Armenia. In his current role, Robert is responsible for the development of national policy for higher and postgraduate education, and he also coordinates cooperation between the government and universities in the implementation of government policies. In addition, Robert manages government relations with educational institutes to ensure adherence to the national education framework. While in the United States, Robert conducted research on the effective cooperation between higher education institutions and government offices.
