As the Founder and Director of Diverse Patterns, Sagar Prasai provides disability inclusion services to organizations and manages the overall administration of the organization focusing on research, surveys, project evaluation and monitoring and language interpretation. While in the U.S., Prasai worked with Institute of Community Inclusion (ICI) at the University of Massachusetts, Boston where he engaged in  strategic planning of the employment program and led social media. Since his return to Nepal, Prasai has focused his efforts on providing digital accessibility services to businesses and organizations, ensuring the digital documents and products are accessible for people with disabilities.
