As an English Teacher for Turkmen Agricultural Institute, Dovlet Kakabayev has experience teaching foreign languages to young generations. Dovlet is placed at Classroom Law Project in Portland, OR, to help prepare youth for participation in a democratic society and learn about the legislative practices and educational system of the United States. Upon returning to Turkmenistan, Dovlet plans to open the first private law company in order to educate the community on law practices.
