As a Medical Director for FODES-5, Eddy Ceiste is a licensed medical doctor. Eddy Ceiste is placed at Northwest Assistance Ministries in Houston, TX, to assist in their childhood development and community mobilization projects. Upon returning to Haiti, Eddy plans to build a maternity and pediatric center, and work with community leaders to reduce maternal and infant mortality.
